1. Controller
Your personal data is processed by EYESOFBMX, Jozef Naništa, Prosiek 34, 03223 Prosiek, Slovak Republic, contact: eyesofbmx@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
To fulfil your order we process: your name, email address, shipping address, the contents of your order, and payment confirmation data. We do not process your card details — they are handled exclusively by the payment provider.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Order processing: performance of the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Accounting and tax records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Marketing emails: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Processors and recipients
We share data only with entities necessary to fulfil your order: the hosting and e-shop platform (Base44), the payment processor (Stripe), and the carrier delivering your parcel. We never sell your data.
5. Retention
Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by Slovak accounting legislation. Data given for marketing is kept until you withdraw consent.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing.
You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad pre ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava).
