How much is shipping?+
Shipping is calculated from your delivery country: €4 to Slovakia, €7 to the rest of Europe and €10 to the rest of the world. Enter your address in the cart and the shipping cost is shown before you place the order.
How can I pay?+
Card payments are handled securely through Stripe's payment page. We never see your card details.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders ship from Slovakia, usually within a few business days of confirmed payment. Slovak deliveries arrive in a few days, international ones may take longer.
Can I return my order?+
Yes — as a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. See Returns & Refunds below for the details.
What size are the stickers?+
Every product's size is listed on its store page and in the cart. If you want a custom size, message us on Instagram.
My order has a problem — what now?+
Send us your order number by e-mail or Instagram DM and we'll sort it out — damaged goods, lost parcels, wrong items, anything.
