1. Seller

2. Subject of the terms
These terms govern the purchase of goods (stickers and merchandise) via this website. By placing an order, the buyer accepts these terms. The sale is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, in particular Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in e-commerce and the Civil Code.
3. Ordering
The buyer selects goods, adds them to the cart, and submits the order with their name, email and shipping details. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the buyer's payment is confirmed.
The buyer will receive order confirmation by email.
4. Prices and shipping
All prices are in euros (EUR). Shipping is charged based on the delivery country: €4 for Slovakia, €7 for the rest of Europe, €10 for the rest of the world.
The total price including shipping is always displayed before the order is submitted.
5. Payment
Payment is accepted by card through the Stripe payment gateway. The seller does not store card details; they are processed solely by the payment provider.
6. Delivery
Goods are shipped to the address provided by the buyer, typically within 3 business days of confirmed payment, by post or a courier service.
7. Withdrawal from the contract
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Returns & Refunds policy.
8. Complaints and liability
The buyer's rights regarding defective goods (reklamácia) follow the Slovak Civil Code. Complaints can be sent to eyesofbmx@gmail.com.
9. Dispute resolution
Consumers may seek out-of-court resolution of disputes with the seller through the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) or other authorized entity.
