Returns & Refunds
1. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
2. How to withdraw
Send us a withdrawal notice by email at eyesofbmx@gmail.com stating the order number, or use the model withdrawal form below.
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.
3. Model withdrawal form
(To: eyesofbmx@gmail.com) I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [NAME OF GOODS], order no.: [ORDER NUMBER], placed on: [DATE]. My name: [NAME]. My address: [ADDRESS]. My signature (only if submitted in paper form): [SIGNATURE]. Date: [DATE].
4. Returning the goods
Return the goods to us within 14 days of the withdrawal notice at Kapicova 15, 85101 Bratislava, unused and in original packaging if possible. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
5. Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including the cheapest standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds are made by the same payment method used for the order.
6. Defective goods
If the goods arrive damaged or defective, contact us at eyesofbmx@gmail.com with a photo and order number. Your statutory rights for defective goods (reklamácia) under the Slovak Civil Code remain fully preserved.
